General Questions about the Conference

Is the event virtual or in-person?

This event will happen IN-PERSON at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. There will not be virtual programming associated with the event.

What is the Dress Code for this event? 

We encourage all attendees to dress comfortably. Business casual for day programming and cocktail casual for evening receptions is recommended.

Will there be an app for the conference?

Yes, the NGLCC Conference app will return this year. As in previous years the app will release closer to the date of the conference. ​

 

What accommodations will be provided? 

Captioning and ASL services will be provided for all main stage programs.

Conference Registration Refund Policy

Refunds are granted until July 18, 2025, minus a $75 processing fee.
